Sending an insurance verification email or SMS
Log in to https://app.palidin.net
Go to Applicants and click on the customer you wish to verify their insurance
Go to the Insurance tab and click on Verify Insurance
You can select to send the insurance verification to either their email or via SMS and click on Send
Once your customer has sent their insurance information, you will be able to view it in their Insurance tab, which you can then click on View Record to look at all the details for their Insurance or on the Download button to download the results
