Below we will dive into the process for the first time you login as a new user. Keep in mind that if your organization uses SSO, Microsoft, or Google logins, the process is slightly different.
Step 1: Open the invite email or go to app.fraudfighter.com
If you have just been added, you will get an email that will take you to the portal.
If you don't see the email or if this isn't your first time logging in, go to our website app.fraudfighter.com
Click "Continue with Email/SSO"
Type in your email address and click on "Sign In"
You will then receive an email with your one time password.
Enter your one time password.
You should now be inside the online portal after entering your one time password
Step 2: Get to Know the Portal Layout
The menu can be found on the top bar.
Dashboard: Where you will view report metrics
Applicants: All completed scans are hosted here
WebID: Hub for sending out remote authentication invites
