Sending an encrypted file request to your customer
Log in to https://app.palidin.net
Go to Applicants and click on the customer you wish to request for them to send you a file
Go to the Encrypted Files tab, select to send the request via email or via SMS, and then click on Send Request. You can also attach a message to the request
Once your customer has sent those files, you will be able to view them under the Saved Files section.
You can also upload your own files regarding your customer, which you can then also view under the Saved Files section.
