Running the PALIDIN Upgrader
To upgrade PALIDIN Standard to PALIDIN Enterprise, please follow the instructions below:
Log out all users from windows
Log into the PC using a local admin profile
Download the PALIDIN Upgrader HERE
Follow the instructions contained in the ReadMe file included in the zip
Right click the PALIDIN Desktop Icon and select Run as administrator
Make Data Management settings change within the PALIDIN desktop APP
Configure Desktop Settings
Display Fields:
Choose which display fields you would like populated on results page and transaction reports
Transaction Reports:
Decide if you would like to toggle on the option to view/print/save
To change default folder path, copy/paste desired folder location (to left of show button)
Run a test scan
On PALIDIN Desktop, run an ID through the scanner
Once the scan is complete, login to the PALIDIN Portal
Go to Applicants and check if the test scan has been uploaded
