How to ban customers by adding them to your Do Not Sell List

How to add customers to your Do Not Sell List:

  • Inside the Applicants menu, search for the person you wish to ban and select that person.

  • Click on the Ban button to add that person to the Do Not Sell List.

  • You can enter a note on why that person is banned and then click on Add To List.

  • Your customer will now be banned.

How to remove customers from the Do Not Sell List

  • Inside the Applicants menu, search for the person you wish to unban and select that person.

  • Click on the Banned button to remove that person to the Do Not Sell List.

  • You can enter a note on why they are unbanned and click on Remove From List.

  • The person will now be unbanned.

Checking if a person is Banned when doing a scan from the PALIDIN Desktop

  • If you want the ban list to be applied to your PALIDIN Desktop, you will need to update PALIDIN to version 3.4.1 and create a workflow that checks the ban list.
