WebID: Sending Authentication Invites

A guide on how to send authentication invites from the Portal to applicants

WebID authentication invites can be sent to remote applicants to request them to verify their Identity Document and self.

How to send WebID Invites:

  • To send an invite, select the WebID option from the top menu

  • Select Send WebID Link from the right side

  • You will then be taken to the invite screen

  • Update the location, Guest Name, Phone Number, and add any additional message you would like to include

Note: We highly recommend sending the invite via SMS as the applicant will need to complete the authentication on a mobile device

  • The message preview is be displayed on the right

  • Once all updates have been made select Send

  • Your applicant should receive their invite shortly!

Please note that you will need admin level permissions to customize the invites.
